Live Well Foundation of South Lake

If your organization is working to make healthy food more accessible in South Lake, we want to hear from you.

The Live Well Foundation of South Lake has officially opened our latest grant opportunity focused on Nutrition and Healthy Eating. This funding is designed to support the work you are doing every day to improve access to nutritious food, strengthen food security, and create healthier outcomes for our community.

We know that real change happens through organizations like yours. Whether you are expanding a food pantry, building skills through nutrition education, or tackling larger challenges like food deserts and access barriers, this is an opportunity to grow that impact.

• Grant funding ranges from $50,000 to $250,000, with potential for larger, multi-year support
